The Central Terminal Building (CTB), also known as Terminal B, serves most of LaGuardia’s airlines. Inaugurated in 1964, this project consists of the expansion and renovation of existing spaces, including two new halls: The Eastern Concourse and the Western Concourse. The first hall has 20 doors in use, while the second hall was inaugurated in 2021.
ADF has the mandate to fabricate and deliver the structural steel. This project’s biggest challenge, aside from working within an extremely tight schedule, is creating connection joints that link linear and curved modules.
