The first section, a 54-story tower with a nine-story podium, houses a hotel and condominiums, the second section, another eight-story podium, houses, shops and offices. The third, a six-story central section that connects the two podiums, is distinguished by its canoe (inclined ellipse) shape and includes an atrium and a roof skylight.
The heaviest steel assemblies with multiple connections fabricated by ADF weigh 32 tons each and were installed between the building’s 28th and 31st floors, which precede the higher, concrete floors.
