Contributing in this role is :

– Meeting project requirements and applicable standards;

– Optimizing manpower/resources and reducing paint losses;

– Respecting coating application procedures and using the right forms;

– Ensure that identification of all products supplied by customers is maintained/protected throughout operations;

– Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with “good practice” codes regarding the safe application of coatings, and in compliance with Company procedures;

– Keep work area clean and safe;

– Observe the Company’s occupational health and safety rules;

– Paint, mask and/or touch up steel parts according to shop drawings;

– Mix coatings and/or paint for steel parts;

– Select and adjust pressure of spraying equipment;

– Use lifting equipment such as hoists or overhead cranes;

– Any other related task.
