Contributing in this role is :

• Obtain the necessary supplies to perform the tasks according to the work to be done and the project requirements.
• Perform masking according to workshop drawings.
• Mix the coating product with the recommended paint ratio as specified by the manufacturer and add the appropriate thinner to achieve the correct viscosity.
• Paint steel parts according to the project’s COATING INSTRUCTIONS.
• Adjust pressure and choose the appropriate spraying equipment.
• Monitor environmental parameters as needed.
• Follow and complete the ROUTE SHEET and call the inspector when an inspection point is identified.
• When indicated, make corrections (touch-ups) and repairs.
• Inform the supervisor of any issues, defects, required corrections, or non-conformities.
• Complete the COATING PRODUCT DECLARATION form.
• Follow the surface coating procedure and use the appropriate forms.
• Comply with corporate quality management system requirements (Quality Management Manual, Work Instructions, and applicable forms).
• Apply industry best practices and effective methods to ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.
• Any other related tasks.
